About Marni Dezzani, MD
Dr. Dezzani is board certified in pediatrics and adolescent medicine and has worked in the private practice setting for over 20 years. She continues her love for medicine and works independently in pediatrics, concierge medicine and advanced skincare and aesthetics.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Dezzani relocated part-time to Arizona with her family in 2013. She graduated from Stanford University in three years with a BA in Human Biology and then went on to receive her Doctorate in Medicine from New York Medical College in 1995. Dr. Dezzani completed her pediatric residency through the University of Hawaii in 1999. She has also maintained an affinity towards better skin health and anti-aging modalities.
Dr. Dezzani’s respect for the complexities of the human body and her passion for helping others created a natural affinity towards medicine. She almost pursued a career in Dermatology, but a three-year-old patient with leukemia had other plans for her! During her medical school training, she was drawn to a young child fighting cancer. This little boy maintained a smile and cheerful demeanor throughout the pain of chemotherapy treatments and multiple hospitalizations. He learned how to flush his own indwelling port while embracing a positive attitude. This little boy deeply touched Dr. Dezzani and inspired her pursuit in Pediatrics. Her continued commitment towards excellence brought Dr. Dezzani into concierge medicine where she treats all her patients as VIP. She also maintains great relationships with top medical facilities nationally. Dr. Dezzani believes in the importance of health in body, mind and spirit. Outside of being a medical doctor, she encourages regular exercise, a balanced diet, quality sleep, positive social connections, mindfulness and meditation. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, hikes, piano and music, a good movie, travel and continuing to work on self-improvement. As you can see, Dr. Marni is a very special, compassionate and heartfelt individual who practices what she preaches.
